Analisis Pemahaman Petugas Magang tentang Marka untuk Keselamatan di Area Airside Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta

Sebagai penyedia jasa lalu lintas udara, operator bandar udara tentu perlu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Unit pelayanan untuk mengelola tugas pengelolaan di bandara salah satunya adalah Apron Movement Control. Apron merupakan bagian dari bandar udara yang berfungsi sebagai tempat parking pesawat. Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melaksanakan ketertiban operasional agar tercapainya kegiatan dengan baik sesuai peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan dibantu oleh petugas magang, sehingga pentingnya pemahaman petugas magang mengenai fungsi marka, peraturan tentang marka, dan jenis-jenis marka dalam penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman petugas magang tentang marka di sisi Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, self appraisal, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang yaitu petugas magang di unit Apron Movement Control di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa petugas magang mengenai marka cukup paham dan menguasai terkait penempatan parking stand pesawat udara, tetapi ada beberapa petugas magang yang masih kurang dan bingung dalam pemahaman terkait penempatan parking stand untuk pesawat udara. Hal tersebut karena tidak adanya bantuan visual di dalam ruangan Apron Movement Control. Solusi yang dilakukan yaitu petugas magang melakukan inspeksi langsung ke apron untuk mengetahui letak dan bentuk marka parking stand tersebut.
