Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Napa Eatery and Bar. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk menarik kesimpulan sesuai dengan judul yang disajikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Napa Eatery and Bar sudah sesuai dengan keinginan tamu. Berdasarkan pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan mengutamakan kualitas makanan, seperti: Penampilan menarik, menu beragam, rasa enak dan suhu makanan yang sesuai, serta didukung dengan lingkungan restoran yang nyaman.
