Pengaruh Tingkat Pengetahuan Penumpang tentang Security Restricted Area terhadap Kepatuhan Penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional El Tari Kupang

Perkembangan peranan transportasi saat ini sangatlah penting, sehingga memicu semakin banyaknya transportasi yang dapat dipilih oleh masyarakat, salah satu transportasi andalan yang dipilih masyarakat saat ini yaitu transportasi udara dibanding transportasi darat dan laut. Oleh karna itu, agar setiap perjalanan penerbangan itu aman, maka dilakukan pengamanan yang sangat ketat untuk menghindari penyusup, serta benda-benda yang dianggap berbahaya masuk ke pesawat yang bisa mengancam keamanan penerbangan. Daerah keamanan terbatas di bandara seperti Security Restricted Area yaitu wilayah atau area yang ada di bandara untuk tujuan keamanan. Area atau wilayah ini hanya dapat dimasuki atau dilewati oleh orang-orang tertentu seperti petugas dan penumpang yang memiliki tiket, baik itu penumpang yang datang maupun yang akan berangkat dengan pesawat udara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan pada Agustus-September 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dan regresi linear berganda sebagai teknik analisis data. Sampel pada studi ini yaitu penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional El Tari Kupang. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Analitycal Thinking (X1), Conceptual Thinking (X2), dan Expertise (X3) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y) (p < 0,05). Uji F menandakan gabungan variabel pengetahuan (X1, X2, X3) secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh variabel kepatuhan (Y) (F hitung > F tabel, 315.590 > 2.70). Koefisien determinasi menandakan variabel pengetahuan (X1, X2, X3) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepatuhan (Y) 90,8%, dengan 9,2% mendapatkan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
