Judul penelitian ini adalah “komunikasi gubernur BEM fisip dengan para ketua umum himpunan dalam menangani ketidakaktifan pengurus”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana komunikasi antara ketua dengan anggota yang ada dalam organisasi BEM dan himpunan yang berada dalam lingkup fakultas, disini dapat mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi timbal balik antar anggota dan ketua umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi serta purposive sampling, serta penelitian ini menggunakan teori fusy. Analisis ini digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi didalam organisasi terkait. Hasil dalam penelitian ini memiliki aspek antara lain kesadaran diri di setiap anggota dengan ini komunikasi akan lebih baik dan juga ingat dngan tanggung jawab yang ada dalam organisasi ini. Tanggung jawab dalam organisasi itu sangat penting dikarenakan dengan adanya tanggung jawab pengurus dapat mengerjakan agenda-agenda yang ada didalam organisasi tesebut, dengan itu dapat diketahui bagaimana komunikasi BEM dengan para anggota serta ketua umum himpunan dengan para anggota dan apa penyebab kurang nya komunikasi sehingga dapat menghambat sesuatu kegiatan yang harusnya berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai prosedur menjadi kurang terlaksana dengan baik juga.
