Peran Virtues dalam Memfasilitasi Flow State untuk Produktivitas dan Resiliensi di Tempat Kerja: Tinjauan Literatur Sistimatis di Era Pasca-Pandemi

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah dinamika kerja dan mendorong organisasi untuk tidak hanya berfokus pada produktivitas, tetapi juga pada pembangunan ketangguhan serta kesejahteraan karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan menelusuri kembali peran nilai-nilai kebajikan (virtues) dalam mendukung pengalaman keterlibatan optimal (flow) sebagai proses psikologis yang berkontribusi pada produktivitas dan resiliensi di lingkungan kerja pasca-pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) terhadap 20 artikel internasional terbitan 2020–2025 yang membahas hubungan antara virtues, pengalaman keterlibatan optimal, dan resiliensi dalam konteks pekerjaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa virtues seperti integritas, keadilan, dan empati memperkuat iklim kerja yang positif dan mendorong munculnya motivasi intrinsik serta pengalaman keterlibatan mendalam, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman keterlibatan optimal berperan sebagai mekanisme penghubung antara virtues organisasional dan penguatan resiliensi psikologis, baik pada tingkat individu maupun organisasi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi virtues, pengalaman keterlibatan optimal, dan resiliensi dapat menjadi landasan bagi budaya kerja yang produktif, humanis, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan masa depan. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengembangkan model integratif dan menggunakan pendekatan longitudinal guna memperdalam pemahaman mengenai interaksi ketiga variabel tersebut.
