Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kebersyukuran dengan resiliensi pada wanita pekerja yang mengalami phk akibat pandemi covid-19. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara kebersyukuran dengaan resiliensi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 pekerja yang mengalami phk akibat pandemi covid-19. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala resiliensi yang mengacu pada aspek resiliensi yang dikemukakan oleh Connor dan Davidson (2003) dan skala kebersyukuran yang mengacu pada aspek kebersyukuran yang dikemukakan oleh Menurut McCullough, Emmons dan Tsang (2002). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson’s product moment. Hasil korelasi person’s product moment menunjukkan nilai r= 0,638 dengan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kebersyukuran dan resiliensi. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.
