Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang Implementasi Kebijakan Desa Digital Dalam Pengembangan UMKM Di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam rangka Implementasi Kebijakan Desa Digital Dalam Pengembangan UMKM Di Desa Sidomulyo. Kedua dalam rangka Implementasi Kebijakan Desa Digital Dalam Pengembangan UMKM Di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember ternyata masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, yaitu: (a) kurangnya sumberdaya manusia (SDM) yang membuat para pelaku UMKM tidak biasa cepat maju atau berkembang; (b) tingkat kesadaran dari pihak pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya digitalisasi marketing masih kurang. (c) terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana usaha, (d)kurangnya informasi yang berhubungan dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, (e) pendanaan yang minim, sehingga para pelaku UMKM tidak dapat memproduksi banyak.
