Abstract

Banyak kasus penumpang yang memiliki kondisi khusus disebabkan karena sakit, disabilitas, lanjut usia, wanita hamil, cacat, tunanetra dan anak-anak mereka tidak bisa melakukannya sendiri, untuk itu mereka membutuhkan pelayanan khusus yaitu berupa pengguna Wheelchair untuk membantu perjalanan mereka selama di bandara. Penelitian dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, Dalam penelitian ini sumber data diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Serta Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi: Reduksi Data, Display Data, Kesimpulan/verifikasi

Hasil penelitian ini meliputi, kinerja unit Pasasi dalam Menangani Spesial Passengger (Wheelchair) di PT. Gapura Angkasa Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Majid Lombok, sudah sangat baik di lihat dari aspek kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, tanggung jawab, kerjasama, dan inisiatif yang semua aspek sudah sangat baik dilakukan oleh petugas unit Pasasi dalam menangani spesial passenger. petugas pastinya mengalami kendala, kendala disini seperti Wheelchair yang dipakai kurang layak pakai seperti roda wheelchair berbunyi, Penumpang wheelchair tidak memiliki pendamping dalam melakukan penerbangan, dan penumpang Wheelchair tidak membawa surat pernyataan dan lain-lain kendala-kendala tersebut kerap terjadi dialami oleh petugas pasasi.
