Efektivitas Pelatihan Self-Leadership untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Kerja Karyawan Divisi Human Capital di PT X

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan self-leadership dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan kerja karyawan Divisi Human Capital di PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design dengan melibatkan 9 orang staf Divisi Human Capital. Intervensi berupa pelatihan self-leadership yang mencakup tiga strategi utama: strategi berfokus perilaku (behavior-focused strategies), strategi penghargaan alami (natural reward strategies), dan strategi pola pikir konstruktif (constructive thought pattern strategies). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Employee Well-Being Scale yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test setelah uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk terpenuhi (W = 0,906; p = 0,292). Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara skor pre-test (M = 58,89; SD = 3,98) dan post-test (M = 82,67; SD = 2,92) dengan nilai t = -17,46, p < 0,001, dan Cohen’s d = -5,819. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan self-leadership efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan kerja karyawan.
