Peran Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dalam Perusahaan : Studi Literature Base On Big Data

Kepuasan kerja merupakan sesuatu yang bersisi banyak dimana dari sisi yang satu memuaskandan dari sisi yangs lain kurang memuaskan. Kepuasan kerja biasanya hanya meratakan hasil dari perbandingan dengan beberapa keadaan dan tidak ada yang mutlak dan tidak terbatas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review, dengan mencari dan mengevaluasi hasil penelitian terkait pada rentang waktu 2021-2026. Peneliti menemukan 5 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria dari keseluruhan 179 artikel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi dari berbagai macam faktor secara garis besar yaitu baik dari faktor intristik maupun faktor ekstristik dan juga faktor job resourcer maupun faktor job demands. Kesimpulan nya adalah kepuasan kerja sangat luas jangkauan penelitiannya sehingga bisa lebih dikembangkan lagi pada penelitian penelitian selanjutnya seiring perkembangan jaman.
