Abstract

Kondisi darurat merupakan kondisi membahayakan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan yang terjadi pada pesawat udara, bandar udara, dan pelayanan navigasi penerbangan. Untuk menghadapi keadaan darurat perlu diadakan pelatihan yang merupakan salah satu bentuk pelatihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang berkerja di bandar udara guna memberikan pengetahuan agar sigap dan tanggap terhadap keadaan darurat yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelatihan penanggulangan keadaan darurat di Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan penanggulangan keadaan darurat di Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok seluruh personil yang terlibat mampu mengenali dan merespon situasi darurat yang terjadi di lapangan. Tindakan yang dilakukan ketika terjadi keadaan darurat sudah sesuai dengan Airport Emergency Plan yang berlaku di Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia dalam kondisi baik dan terjaga karena dilakukan pengecekan dan perawatan rutin yang dilakukan oleh tiap unit terkait.
