Dampak Implementasi E-Government Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Dalam Pelayanan Publik di Desa Sukajaya

Kemajuan teknologi digital yang cepat telah mendorong pemerintah untuk mengadopsi sistem pemerintahan elektronik (e-government) untuk menyederhanakan penyediaan layanan publik dan meningkatkan transparansi. Adopsi ini sangat menantang di daerah pedesaan seperti Desa Sukajaya, Kabupatejn Sumedang, di mana keterampilan digital dan akses ke teknologi sering dibatasi. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui dampak e-government pada kepuasan publik dengan layanan dalam pengaturan sumber daya yang kurang. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas e-government dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas, meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, dan mendorong kepuasan masyarakat yang lebih besar. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur untuk membangun penilaian dari situasi di Desa Sukajaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-government di Sukajaya perlu diperbaiki. Masalah utama di Desa Sukajaya yaitu: (a) kurangnya penggunaan yang signifikan dari layanan digital yang tersedia oleh masyarakat, (b) kepuasan yang meningkat tetapi tidak lengkap karena integrasi digital yang buruk dan upaya sosialisasi yang tidak memadai, dan (c) faktor-faktor pendukung dan menghambat seperti dukungan kebijakan pemerintah dan infrastruktur teknologi yang bertentangan dengan tantangan seperti keterampilan digital yang terbatas dan aksesibilitas. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup meningkatkan integrasi sistem e-government, meningkatkan keterampilan digital komunitas, dan memperkuat kebijakan dukungan teknologi.
