Analisis Penggunaan Common Use Check-In System (CUCS) pada Check-In Counter di Jam Sibuk Bandar Udara Internasional Pattimura Ambon

Bandar Udara Internasional Pattimura Ambon merupakan salah satu bandar udara Angkasa Pura I yang telah menerapkan Common Use Check-in System pada Check-in Counter-nya sejak Tahun 2016. Dengan menerapkan Common Use Check-in System, Bandar Udara Internasional Pattimura Ambon dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, sehingga memberikan kesan baik terhadap pengalaman penerbangan penumpang. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Common Use Check-in System pada Check-in Counter pada jam sibuk Bandar Udara Internasional Pattimura Ambon, sehingga dapat meminimalisir antrean penumpang yang melakukan check-in. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta memanfaatkan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan hasil bahwa penggunaan Common Use Check-In System dapat mencegah terjadinya penumpukan penumpang pada check-in counter. Dengan digunakannya Common Use Check-In System dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat proses check-in penumpang. Hanya dengan mengaplikasikan Common Use Check-In System pada check-in counter, seluruh maskapai yang telah didukung dengan penggunaan sistem ini dapat membuka meja check-in kapanpun dibutuhkan dan dapat dibuka di meja counter manapun yang tersedia. Selain Common Use Check-In System menjadi sistem yang fleksibel, sistem ini juga dapat membantu petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan maksimal, sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai service quality yang baik.
