Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual peran farmasi klinis dalam optimalisasi terapi pasien dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui studi pustaka yang bersumber dari artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen akademik terbitan tahun 2015–2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran sistematis terhadap literatur yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik-induktif yang meliputi identifikasi tema, reduksi data, serta kategorisasi konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan farmasis klinis memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil klinis pasien, efisiensi biaya pengobatan, serta peningkatan kepuasan dan keselamatan pasien. Intervensi farmasis terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi drug-related problems, menurunkan angka readmisi, serta memperkuat kolaborasi interprofesional dalam pengambilan keputusan terapeutik. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi seperti telepharmacy dan virtual hospital memperluas peran farmasis dalam pelayanan kesehatan berbasis digital. Temuan ini mendukung teori pharmaceutical care dan konsep value-based healthcare, serta menegaskan pentingnya integrasi peran farmasis dalam sistem pelayanan yang kolaboratif dan berorientasi pada hasil pasien. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis terhadap pengembangan ilmu farmasi klinis dan secara praktis terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit.
