Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan kualitas kerja tim dalam Komunitas L di Kota X melalui intervensi psikologi komunitas berbasis pembangunan tim. Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh temuan awal yang menunjukkan beberapa tantangan dalam dinamika kelompok komunitas, termasuk komunikasi yang tidak efektif, koordinasi kegiatan yang terbatas, dan dukungan emosional yang tidak memadai di antara anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan desain pra-uji dan pasca-uji yang mengintegrasikan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelompok, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan anggota komunitas dan fasilitator, dan Kuesioner Kualitas Kerja Tim (TWQ) untuk mengukur dimensi seperti komunikasi, koordinasi, dukungan, kohesi, dan kontribusi anggota. Intervensi diimplementasikan melalui program pembangunan tim terstruktur yang terdiri dari sesi kesadaran tim, latihan komunikasi interpersonal, permainan kolaboratif, dan kegiatan refleksi kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kualitas kerja tim setelah intervensi, yang tercermin dalam pola komunikasi yang lebih terbuka, koordinasi yang lebih baik di antara anggota, dan dukungan emosional yang lebih kuat dalam kelompok. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi pembangunan tim dapat berfungsi sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk memperkuat dinamika kelompok dan meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal dalam lingkungan komunitas pemuda.
