Abstract

Hukum Tata Negara (HTN) merupakan disiplin ilmu yang mengatur struktur kenegaraan, hubungan antarstruktur organ negara, dan interaksi antara negara dengan warga negara. Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan dinamika politik, HTN tidak dapat berdiri sendiri dan membutuhkan integrasi dengan disiplin ilmu lain seperti Ilmu Negara, Ilmu Politik, dan Hukum Administrasi Negara (HAN). Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana hubungan antara HTN dengan bidang hukum lainnya, serta bagaimana interaksi ini mempengaruhi penataan negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, mengandalkan studi kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan data dari buku, jurnal, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan sumber relevan lainnya. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengkaji konsep, teori, dan doktrin hukum yang berkaitan dengan HTN dan disiplin ilmu terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HTN berfungsi sebagai konkretisasi dari teori-teori Ilmu Negara dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh dinamika politik yang diatur dalam Ilmu Politik. Selain itu, HTN dan HAN memiliki hubungan simbiotik dimana HTN menyediakan kerangka hukum dan HAN memastikan operasionalisasi yang efektif dari badan-badan negara. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan interdisipliner dalam memahami dan mengembangkan HTN untuk menjawab tantangan kenegaraan modern.
