Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak kompetensi, budaya kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor SAMSAT Sidoarjo di Indonesia. Meskipun banyak penelitian mengenai perilaku organisasi, hanya sedikit penelitian yang secara simultan menilai ketiga variabel tersebut dalam konteks kantor layanan pemerintah, sehingga terdapat kesenjangan pengetahuan yang signifikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan sampel acak purposif sebanyak 124 karyawan dari total populasi sebanyak 130 karyawan. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, budaya kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, faktor-faktor ini secara bersama-sama juga merupakan prediktor kinerja yang signifikan, menggarisbawahi pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut dalam strategi organisasi dan manajemen karyawan dalam entitas sektor publik.
