Dimensi Psikologis pada Psychopreneur, Sociopreneur dan Technopreneur: Kajian Konseptual

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara konseptual dimensi psikologis dalam psychopreneur, sociopreneur, dan technopreneur guna memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku kewirausahaan modern. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penelusuran literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penelusuran literatur dari artikel ilmiah, buku akademik, dan dokumen yang relevan. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis melalui tahapan identifikasi tema, reduksi data, kategorisasi konsep, dan penarikan kesimpulan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologis seperti motivasi intrinsik, keefektifan diri, inovasi, dan kemampuan untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian menjadi komponen utama yang membentuk orientasi kewirausahaan. Ada perbedaan pada fokus, yaitu pengembangan diri untuk psychopreneur, orientasi sosial untuk sociopreneur, dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk technopreneur. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa interaksi antara faktor psikologis, sosial, dan teknologi menciptakan pola perilaku kewirausahaan yang kompleks dan saling terintegrasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan multidimensional dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan, baik dalam konteks akademik maupun praktis. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian kewirausahaan dengan menawarkan kerangka konseptual integratif yang menghubungkan aspek psikologis, sosial, dan teknologi dalam memahami dinamika kewirausahaan kontemporer.
