Pengaruh Gratitude dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Psychological Well Being: Sebuah Analisis Sistematis

Abstract

Individu yang memiliki masalah atau tekanan dalam hidupnya akan merasakan dampak negatif terhadap dirinya seperti, stress, cemas, dan memiliki lingkungan sosial yang buruk. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Individu tersebut memiliki psychological well being yang rendah. Psychological well being dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal seperti rasa Syukur, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh rasa syukur (gratitude) dan dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well-being) individu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistematik literature  yang diadopsi dari beberapa kajian literature tentang gratitude, dukungan sosial, dan psychological well being. Kajian yang digunakan dari tahun 2003 hingga 2024. Hasil kajian sistematis menunjukkan bahwa rasa syukur dan dukungan sosial secara signifikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis individu. Rasa syukur terbukti mampu meningkatkan emosi positif, kepuasan hidup, dan pemaknaan hidup, yang pada akhirnya mendorong tercapainya kesejahteraan psikologis yang lebih baik. Di sisi lain, dukungan sosial yang memadai dari lingkungan sekitar juga terbukti memiliki hubungan yang positif dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis tiap individu. Lebih jauh, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi adanya interaksi positif antara rasa syukur dan dukungan sosial dalam memprediksi kesejahteraan psikologis, di mana individu yang memiliki rasa syukur yang tinggi cenderung lebih terbuka untuk menerima dan memanfaatkan dukungan sosial yang ada, sehingga dari hal tersebut menghindikasikan dapat semakin meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologisnya dari tiap individu. Temuan-temuan dalam studi ini menyiratkan pentingnya mengembangkan dan melakukan intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan rasa syukur dan memfasilitasi dukungan sosial dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada individu.
