Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem rekrutmen berbasis digital di Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Cabang Sepanjang. Dalam konteks perubahan menuju era digitalisasi, penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan dalam pemahaman mengenai efisiensi dan pengelolaan rekrutmen karyawan di rumah sakit. Metode pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan implementasi sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan uji fungsionalitas dengan menggunakan metode blackbox didapatkan hasil system informasi perekrutan karyawan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penerapan teknologi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit.
