This journal only accepts original scientific research works (not a review) that have not been published by other media. The focus and scope of Indonesian Journal of Social Development include articles concerned with Community Development, Poverty Alleviation, Education and Human Capital, Health and Healthcare, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, Public Policy and Governance, Social Welfare and Safety Nets, Rural and Urban Development, International Development and Collaboration. Through initiatives such as business matching, trade fairs, and foreign trade missions, the government collaborates with trade attachés, ITPCs, and foreign trade representatives to promote Indonesian exports and attract foreign investment. By achieving strong trade performance, East Java has succeeded in attracting investment, increasing export value, and actively contributing to Indonesia's international trade. This study emphasizes the important role of local governments in advancing international trade for regional development and national interests. Through programs such as business matching, foreign trade missions, international exhibitions and market brief webinars. The East Java government uses paradiplomacy to strengthen international trade relations. Objek wisata Kampoeng Lawas di Desa Meteseh adalah salah satu pariwisata desa yang berbasis pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dengan adanya pemberdayaan tersebut maka pemuda dapat meningkatkan potensinya dengan bergabung dalam pengelolaan objek wisata. Tujuan dari enelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemberdayaan pemuda, metode pengelolaan objek wisata, faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi pemberdayaan pemuda melalui pengelolaan objek wisata. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data &nbsp;menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) strategi pemberddayaan pemuda melalui pengelolaan objek wisata Kampoeng Lawas dilaksanakan melalui lima tahapan yaitu pemungkinan, penguatan, perlindungan, penyokogan, dan pemeliharaan, (2) pengelolaan objek wisata Kampoeng Lawas dilaksanakan melalui enam metode yaitu pengonsultasian dengan semua pemangku kepentingan, pengidentifikasian isu, penyusunan kebijakan, pembentukan dan pendanaan agen dengan tugas khusus, penyediaan fasilitas dan operasi, dan penyelesaian konflik kepentingan dalam masyarakat, (3) Faktor pendorong dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemberdayaan pemuda yaitu peran Karang Taruna Dusun Rowosari, kemauan untuk berkembang, keinginan dan motivasi dalam mengembangkan objek wisata.
